Alcohol saturated wipes & mop wipes
 

  • low-particle, ready-to-use cleaning wipes, non-woven fabrics made of polyester (PES) and cellulose (CEL) or knitted from polyester, saturated with a blend of isopropanol (IPA) or denatured ethanol (DE) with water in WFI/PW quality
  • sterile cleanroom wipes are sterilised by gamma irradiation in a validated process (at least 25 – 45 kGy)
  • different, resealable dispenser units as bags or tube boxes
  • pouch packaging can be easily opened and closed with gloves
  • different sizes for different applications
  • wipes are supplied with appropriate documentation (certificate of analysis, irradiation, sterility, endotoxin content)
  • unique batch numbering for improved quality of traceability
  • all packaging types have a minimum shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture

What are biocides?

Biocides are single agents or mixtures of agents designed to render innocuous or kill harmful organisms (bacteria, viruses, spores, fungi or yeasts). Biocides should meet various mandatory standards in order to be used in cleanrooms (efficacy and approval).

Use biocide products carefully! Read always before use the label, product information and safety data sheet.

Always wear suitable gloves, goggles or face protection and appropriate clothing.
Observe the following criteria: specific task, duration of the disinfection session, cleaning utensils, surface texture, ventilation system, physical sensitivities of the users, etc.
